IMO--today's volume is nice for the time of day, but if someone "knew" something I would think that it would be MUCH higher and the price would have gone up some. Also, good point about thinking about the defendents--people tend to get too caught up in their own view. If the longer the better premise of SS and others is correct wouldn't it stand to reason that the defendents would be starting to squirm? Maybe a settlement or two before the decision comes out?
