I recently read an article about a ruling in favor of Countrywide/Bank of America. The ruling was made by the judge on Wed. The ruling was reported on the following Sat. ( with the market closed on Fri.) A total of 4 days before the ruling was publicly revealed. Someone here wrote about a ruling that was not publicly revealed for 2 weeks or ? I am looking at todays volume and wondering.

Do you think the ruling is already been decided? Are we just waiting for disclosure/PR???
