"The company is not management."

This management holds positions until they see different. Not you, or anyone else can change that fact....when they place new management, which they have done in the past to try and smooth the edges of investors, they relieve that management if they see it's of no real benefit.

As individuals they are distanced from the property of the company....but they are controlling the company....where I recognize they are the company, fore there is little regime within this entity.

That is how I see it....where for me and the approach to this company I have considered, I feel they are working toward my best interest.

My anticipated results are in play....and what they had to do to get me here I have no concern.
