Where might you fit in there, defamation of the company and its management ?

That issue is constantly a problem here. Where someone posts their animated enthusiastic desire for the company to prosper, yet they constantly attack management.
IMO, when one attacks management, they are attacking the company as a whole.....and when its being perpetrated(and that is how I see it) I take issue.
