Message: A fact that puzzles me

Since January 1 2010:

55.5 million shares have been traded and approximately 44 million at $.10 or below with a few exceptions.

That represents 21% and 17% respectively of the available shares.

Seems like a unexpected percent of the shareholders are choosing to sell at very low levels. Is that because they don't believe they will make an investment return or are other factors causing this strange phenomenon inlight of the positive situation involving DM?

Hard to explain why so much selling when we anticipate a favorable Markman ruling, settlement dollars, new patents/technology and perhaps as many as 150 more future settlements.

Is there something missing in the equation?

Digest this and get off what was said by who for now, you don't have to wait until Monday to start being civil.
