No, I mean the transcript of the Markman hearing. As I recall, this transcript is to be made available on PACER 90 days after the hearing. One has to wonder why it hasn't been released as of yet. Silversurfer provided the board with his account of the hearing. A transcript, though, would give everyone a word-by-word recounting of what went on in the courtroom.
There could be good reasons for not releasing it yet. But I'm not sure what those would be, other than perhaps wishing to wait until settlements are worked out. Or the judge's preference to issue a ruling before people read the transcript and come to their own conclusions.
There also has not been a ruling on the motion about costs and the magistrate's ruling, which EDIG's counsel claimed was a violation of a rule of some kind. The "final" arguments for that one were filed on March 24. That's 43 days, by my math. It takes that long to issue a ruling on something like that?
