My gut says that we’ll know the Markman results yet this month (May). I realize I’ve thought sooner than later for some time now but eventually I will be right about that. Even taking into account the higher average times for complex cases, at least we’re already beyond the halfway point.

Is it due to the complexity and other considerations that it is taking over 100 days to render a decision… or is it simply a matter of this case rising to the top of the stack as priorities constantly change? I know that in my business I almost never get to work FIFO. Could it be that the judge hasn’t even begun to review our case yet?

As I said once before and silversurfer just mentioned here recently… IMO, the PR will come before the PACER. That’s no reason to stop checking PACER, though ;-)
