I know I said previously that I wouldn't post until the ruling, but you are driving me crazy. Actually I posted once since my declaration thanking sman... for bringing some realistic thought to the forum concerning how long it takes for a ruling in a signifcant/big deal ruling (150-160 days).

I think I posted a long time time ago something like that edig stood a chance like a snowball in h'll with IFE. They simply can't/couldn't keep up with the advanvement in technology. So let it rest, this is not their future. They simply got lucky with DM and '774 Claims 1&2. I also don't think edig is a patent troll, we'll see, but who cares so long as we have a favorable MH ruling. If it is so, the world is our oyster. I give edig all the credit in the world for keeping the ship afloat all these years. I can't belive they did it, but they did and God Bless.
