I'm not sure what your point is.

I think if any were stuck on a crowded airliner on the tarmac for 6 hours, just about all would be complaining. I know I would and we would have the right to do so.

In fact the rules have been changed regarding the amount of time an airline can be stuck on the tarmac as a result of customer complaints.
