I have contacted our pricing department and was informed that the data vendor for EDIG is Reuters. As mentioned in the previous email, the data vendor only provides a price from the primary exchange when dealing with a pink sheet security. In this case, the Over-The-Counter Bulletin Board (OTC BB)."
