Furthermore, taking pot shots at the Management for IFE, with an awoved Market valuation of 1.5 Billion, at a time that we are about to get Marcia's Ruling which will unlock the door to collecting from 200+ announced Infringers in an ever expanding FLASH ARENA with a potential 100 Billion Market is a feeble attempt to discredit the management of this company at a time that their PLAN if finally coming together...

Finally, this company has NEVER been about making and selling widgets. THEY ARE INNOVATORS, and they have a long list of FIRSTS to their credits. From Treo to Oddessy, to Eclipse, to eVU and now to NUNCHI, and some in between, their technology has alway been the leading edge of starting whole new markets for widgets that end up using their technology...

One is forced to ponder why is it that some people just DON'T GET IT?..

And, an EDIG with a FAVORABLE MARKMAN under their belt, having CASH in the bank from IP MONETIZATION, and flush with corss-licensing agreement with some of the BIGGEST electronic wendors in the world will finally be that "QUALCOM" of the FLASH usage filed.
