Thanks to all for the kind birthday wishes. Even though I'll be 50, I feel great.

Hoping for the favorable Markman announcement that will be a huge boost for our company. I must admit that as the wait continues, I'm surprised we haven't seen a few more settlements. Seems no one (plaintiff or any defendant) is willing to negotiate until the ruling is made public.

I'll be sure to post the official Markman transcript on box.net on Thursday. Should make for some interesting discussion. Because it's nearly 200 pages long, pasting it on Agora isn't practical.
