I'm not upset at all. Just providing some share trading information and perhaps some reasons for the sales of about 44 million or 17% at very low share prices.

Based on the 10K for the fiscal year and the report dated 06/10/2010, the total common shares was approx. 287 million.

The total shares of the management and BODs was approx. 32 million.

The net difference is 255 million that is traded by the public on a daily basis.

This June we will be able to see any changes to the shares and those held by management and the BODs. I don't think you will see any appreciable change in the amount held by the general public. The total share count as we see it today is about 293 million and we haven't heard any news about any significant changes to that total.

I'm guessing that a number of shareholders sold because they got tired of waiting for their profits and probably a number of other reasons.
