Welcome, and I'd like to make the point further, as this is the crux of your question/comments as I interpret the post, is the time between company communications.

We have hashed and re-hashed the "lack of transparency" for years. We have expressed frustration they do not put out "enough news" nor answer all our questions. Well, that is an expectation they simply cannot deliver on, nor can any public company.

I sent Fred an email a couple of weeks ago, saying that "waiting for the ruling is driving our group nuts...LOL, I can't imagine how you and the employees/BOD must be feeling!"

His reply, "Joe, all we can do is deal with it."

So I say to anyone reading my posts, all we can do is deal with it also.
