Exactly.

If we get a favorable Markman ruling, I think the word will get out and investors will begin to catch up. Even if settlements don’t happen for months afterward, our stock in the meantime will have become much less risky... and for many investors, a real tipping point between just watching from the sidelines and taking the plunge themselves.

DM taking our case on contingency told people something. Settlements told them a little more but (since they were regarded as "nuisance") not quite enough. A judgment in our favor tells the world that there is something here of real value in more certain terms.

For some investors, it will still not be enough until/unless we see 8-figure settlements. For others it will.
