I agree on this front, but they can still launch the site and state parts and pieces of other items they have already mentioned in the webcast, such as:

• 3 patents filed
• 8 more patents to be filed
• developing NUNCHI...being monitered on EDIG's servers
• a separate division, not a separate company
• employees reassinged to this new division
• Dr Pat Nunally to guide the group
• DM not involved in the new division
• security patent pending RCE sent to USPTO in Oct-2010
• and state key items the new division is striving to accomplish etc

My point is, if the partnership(s) and NUNCHI deal does not develope to the point of an official announcement via a press release, they can still launch the site before the SHM and place above and then some to get the word out.

I still say they will....IMO...sheesh!
