On that note, here we are in week 18 I think, and "this Summer" for the SHM with I think 45 days notice given is required to send out the PR, notify SEC and get proxy material to out etc.

They can "sand bag" only so long, ruling or not, to schedule the SHM.

Wonder what will come 1st?
