These are the numbers. A close at .115 is the breakeven point for the 5 year differential.

Should Marcia give us the go ahead and an even playing field leading to multiple settlements, I would expect those numbers to quickly and dramatically shift yielding positive returns across the board for those who dipped their toes in near or at the lows.
