Good comments and reminder info on this thread.

Before Markman settlement is deal A, after Markman/before ruling deal B, after ruling deal C.

3 took A 12/10/10, 3/1/11 & 3/9/11, 1 took B 2/28/11, 15 hold out for C.

Smaller pockets, less exposure infringement wise, earlier deal excersized. Opposite for the C crowd of 15.

I don't know if this is really how DM offered their demands, but it makes sense to me.

At this point in the "game" can't imagine another settlement before the ruling, but one never knows? I sure as heck do not...lol.
