One of the things not brought up to often anymore is round 3.

Just for grins, lets say we prevail ruling wise, and none settle and chose to go to trial, or a few or most settle, with the deep pocket types like NOKIA chosing trial, when will DM lay round 3 on us? They waited for all of the TX before launching round 2.

What are the legal logistics here is my question.
