I'm trying to draw a comparison re: source code stuff, between these 15 and Samsung. Is that what DM did with Sammy which took an extra 30 days before the settlement was reached? I don't remember anything specific other than they were granted an additional 30 days to "take care of obligations." Was there a motion like this on PACER for Sammy?

So, could this be in preparation for settlements in anticipation that the ruling will be in our favor? Or could plaintiff/defendant teams be privy to which way this is going yet not made public 1st, as Gil mentioned both sides would be "served" I think he said and then it will be entered by the clerk into PACER?

I stretch at dot connecting on my part because I don't understanding the process, as in what happens 1st, 2nd, 3rd and so on.
