RP had an obligation to hold the meeting open as long as the shareholders had appropriate questions.

John gave RP a list in advance of the meeting and expected him to answer every question which he inplied he would.

He choose not to and as a result deprived all shareholders of added information regarding the company.

And lastly, you continue to show your lack of objectivity when anyone asks something that you personally don`t agree with.

I had a conversation with John prior to the meeting and all of his questions were pertinent and we all deserved answers to them.

RP let us down again with his lack of shareholder concern.
