I wrote that we are not suing Summit Global Group, LLC so I have no interest in their website. Your .com URL doesn't work anyway. We sued and apparently settled with Summit Technology Group LLC, at 6550 South Millrock Drive, Suite 100, Salt Lake City, UT 84121. They were represented by attorney David Parkinson of Price Parkinson & Kerr.

This Japanese website of SGG is active ( http://www.thesummitglobalgroup.jp/ ), and has a faulty link to Summit Technology Group LLC, but again I have no interest in SGG.
