crazybill, you may be confusing Summit Global Group, LLC with who we are actually suing, Summit Technology Group, LLC.

Originally, EDIG mistakenly included Summit Global Group, LLC in their CO 19 suit but they meant to sue Summit Technology Group, LLC. They filed a motion to dismiss SGG and the court granted it on 1/26/10. They served notice to STG on 3/4/10 which added them to our suit.
