one of the reasons that they might not have sued as of yet is there is a confict of interest problem with DM and some of the infringers. Eventually we will have to hire another law firm to represent us in some of the cases. I would say that the thought process is to see what type of monetary value the patents hold,build up some cash and see what some of the legal problems that DM encounters before hiring said firm.
