btw...someone look this up...but the innovation announcement in dec 10--was the only time that i recall the pr stating that our patents were believed to be located in,,,cell phones, pdas, cameras..etc...but they stated "portable music players"...also in webcast they specifically stated that they were innovators with portable music players...and yet............they haven't sued apple..............................................................................
