So far the time Judge Krieger has taken to get out a ruling in our Markman Hearing is normal, but if it takes until the fall or winter and we still don't have a ruling, we might think she is spending a lot of time on a case that could go to the Supreme Court. In which case she wants her ruling to look very professional. If we sue Apple and Apple says sue PortalPlayer, we could see this go up on appleal taking years. Gil, we might not live so long as to see this all the way through!
