OK, it's time to start marking this in months, not days....just like a baby...days, weeks, months and then years, decades, centuries....lol.

June 28th is the 5 month anniversary. From most accounts, few cases take much longer than this...but then, it's EDIG....lol.

Is it too much to think the Summit settlement and lack of a PR, the 10K delay and the Markman are not somehow related or being orchestrated, at this point?
