When looking through their history, they have never issued 8Ks for settlement transactions, as far as I can tell, on a glance. I guess they are considered part of the daily business transactions, which do get reported in the quarterly and annual reports, but not as individual events. However, they usually do release PR statements corresponding to each settlement, historically....until now, but I suspect one is on the way.
