I believe we made the "mistake" of looking at the size of Samsung rather than the specific products that infringed at the time, and that in round one called "low hanging fruit" by mgmt, meaning to me, a quick buck to fund the effort, and lets remember we got a XL agreement too, plus we may not be done making some other deal with them at a later date.

IMO making this comparison as to what the Hoya one time fee is does not relate.
