I though at one time that I was negative about what was happening . But that was before The markman, before D.M. So what that we are now waiting over 140 days for the decision. Anything worth waiting for is worth waiting for. There can be many reasons why it has taken this long yet what we do know is that there has been some settlement as a result of the Markman. And these settlements were made without a decision.

That can only mean one thing, they settled because they see the writing on the wall. They were infringing and before a saerious decision is made come to a quick settlement.

Before we jump ship or say a lot of nothing based on nothing lets just wait. D.M has fought the fight and they are not giving up nor are they having second thoughts and they are the ones that have put up the mony for the fight. Be patient. Don't do the bidding of the MM's who would like for you to get dioscusted and sell for no reason.
