We took on the infringers and are now awaiting EL SPEEDO JUDGE to render her decision on the matter. WE were all very excited with the recent news about signing, hooray we win, we thought? The other judge, the important one (the market) certainly didn't think as certified by little to no gain. The only conclusion one can draw from the known FACTS is the numbers are not so great, another bitter pill to swallow. I wanted to see us fight, fight, fight to the bitter end and not settle for less than we deserve but apparently we think our worth far exceeds what it's really worth.
