Been waiting a long time, and if Flash patents in these markets seems like an attractive investment play, then there is no better place to be, if you have the stomach for high risk.

The upside is rather substantial, given a Markman win, a NOKIA settlement and a whole lot of big dogs still to chase.

Getting in now represents, pretty much, the low side of the equation, and if buying LOW makes sense, right before significant developments materialize, then I would guess that a lot of people will be trying to "get in low" on the announcement of any key developments.
