3 settled after Markman/pre-ruling: TEAC, Summit & HOYA.

Yes, the Summit deal is some what a mystery as to whether fees were collected or not...I'd guess none. SS's comments re: no Pacer yet an EDIG PR, Pacer with no PR...huh?

So, 13 left.

Who will go to trial if any? Just because Nokia is the big dog, or so we think of the remaining 13, does not mean they will risk it either. These companies might be thieves but they are not stupid when it comes to preserving cash.
