In 2009, EDIG announced the SHM to be held Nov 19 on Oct 6, then Nov 12 announced the location was moved from their office to a vacant tennant space in the same complex.

The 2008 SHM was held in their conf room, good for about 50 seats. The 09 meeting just a short walk from their office in the same parking lot can easily accomodate 200+, and as of last week it was still vacant. I suspect it will be in the same place this year.

Rule of thumb, they give 45 days notice and have been fairly consistent in that regard.

To host a meeting "this Summer" and get proxy notices out within SEC guidelines, depending on what the definition of "Summer" is in sunny San Diego, mid July would be my imposed deadline as a good guess to announce the date.

July/Aug/Sept are very warm months in Rancho Bernardo....I'll be in shorts...lol.

I advised Fred to be paying him a visit after the ruling, which I HOPE is before the SHM.
