Her job is sort of like a PROJECT MANAGER. She has group of Court Clreks, (Lawyers), who are doing the day-to-day work on researching and drafting the DECISION, and then meet with the Judge on scheduled intervalls, and discuss the progress of the final product with the Court...

When the Judge is satified with the end product she puts her signature on it and the decision is sent to parties and released on PACER...

And TRUST me when I say, there is no VOODOO DOLL you can conjure up that will be a more potent force of encouragement to the Judge than the one already haunting the Hon. Judge Krieger that is called THE PHILLIPS CASE...

Have no worry. We shall have the DECISION and day now. We are fast approaching the 6 month time line imposed by Court Rules. Federal Judges are to issue their decisions in PENDING cases within 6 months or give an explanation why the delay...
