My guess on this is that they settled again for 5-6 millions which is a very good pay day for DM, excellent way to continue the operations for Edig's management and lousy for the shareholders. Why DM agrees to an NDA? Why management afgrees to the same? If they wanted to optimize the value for the shareholders they would insist for full disclosure. The management has raised the expectations of everybody and has never satisfied them.
