DM is calling the shots on what is going to be said, and how it will be said. They are in total control, and there are solid legal reasons for them keeping their cards close to their chest, and not blabber the details in the PRESS...

The only times you will see about the deatils regarding how much money was agreed upon, or how the payment were to be made is when quarterly is released, period.
