I have watched you guys/gals go back and forth all day today, and some good points have been made. Thank you. Having said that, I thought I would throw in my $.02.

There is no doubt that the ship is gaining steam, and DM is at the helm. It’s just that simple. DM control’s the patents, the settlements, and they control what is to be said in the PR’s. FF’s hands are tied, and I reckon it is killing him, so to speak.

Here’s the thing that has occurred me: All of a sudden, I feel certain that there is not going to be a MH Ruling before the end of this 2nd round. The Panasonic thing is a big deal, albeit not for many $, relatively speaking, and with absolutely no effect to-date on the PPS. However, I feel strongly that all remaining def’s will follow and settle before the MHR for the here-to-fore relatively small amounts, and most importantly, without ongoing royalty obligations. If not, what happens, it goes to trial with however long that takes, cost, etc. I don’t think so.

If I’m right and the rest settle, and the MHR 6 month window still applies, and if the MHR is favorable, I think DM will have to relent, and maybe even desire/cherish a real Public Relations campaign. Simply put, I think DM is simply setting the stage for the 3rd Round and beyond. The world will slowly take notice during this current time, but our really big time is yet to come. We'll see.
