I am sure she is a great judge with an extensive legal background, but I wonder what the experience and electrical engineering backgrounds were of those lawyers and clerks advising Judge Krieger.
It just seems that someone who was advising her, needed to spend some ONE ON ONE time with Woody Norris to understand the patent!
