It's not a ruling. It's a statement of what the Court is THINKING.
So now ask why publish anything now.... why didn't the Court simply issue notice confidentially to the counsel for each party the contents of the what was posted on PACER?
Not even a ruling and look at the effect on the PPS.
I think (in a conspiratorial and unfounded manner) this publishing had its intended effect.
How many millions of shares have been 'traded' (and sold to investors) over the past 2-3 years alone at under 10 cents?
I'd be willing to bet that many of those shares have been sold each many times over. (Hypothecating shares done by MMs and brokers when shares are held in 'street name'.)
Now how many shares have been sold to get the PPS down over 50% today?
They need to find those shares sold multiple times before the REAL ruling is published.
Again, why didn't the Court simply confidentially ask counsel to appear or submit anything else that was felt needed?
It would have made a lot more sense if what we saw last night was the RULING for the PPS to drop today.
But it wasn't a RULING.
