Folks, we are getting more or less what we deserve for putting so much faith and trust in a company that was and is more interested in writing themselves fat compensation checks than they were/are in adding to shareholder value. Having said that, we are definitely wounded but not totally dead. I lack the technical expertise to really say with any certainty that the judge misinterpreted the patent and ruled incorrectly. My guess is she is probably partly right and partly wrong. The end result, however is a win for the defense. This could be a death blow to edig or simply a wound that could be healed on appeal. Too many questions and not enough answers at this point. I had sell orders in last night for all 175K of my shares. I cancelled them this AM and decided to ride it out. I bought most of my current shares at 7 cents so I am willing to lose it all. If you are not then I suggest you get out now. But at a minimum, let's knock off the cheerleading and rah rah discussions and get down to some serious analysis. I am interested in reading rational discussion but not the "we're gonna win and go to the moon" garbage. We are in trouble and we need to start the process of getting out of this hole by demanding to hear from Falk. No more "we expects" or "we anticipate" but rather a straight forward "this is what we are going to do next" and "DM is/is not going forward with us". JMHOFWIW
