I just browsed through 4 pages of posts. Nothing unusual that was not expected...

When I read the MH Ruling last night I knew there would be a BIG WHOOOSH sound of those leaving this stock, now that they had a legitimate "EXCUSE" justifying their discontent expressed over the years...

I will wait DM's response in form of appropriate Motions on technical issues. However, I was diffinately left with the feeling that the Judge, coming up to her 6 months deadline, decided to issue her SOLOMON TYPE decision and allow the parties to join the effort in clarifying some technical issues with which she and her clerks seemed to have had trouble...

For me, there is no issue on merits. This stock is as low as it is today because of the great disappointment of many investors whose EXPECTATIONS have been dashed time and again and they choose to call it quits...

I invested in this stock back when it was 4.5 cents. And I will buy more if it gets there this week. And this is not because one should buy when there is blood in the street, as DABOSS put it few posts back, but because it make sense if one beleives in the technical aspects of the PATENETS at issue...

Judge's decisions can be reversed easily, and this opinion can be attacked at several points, and DM shall do it...
