If/when we see filings on the 3rd group, we'll have our answer regarding DM. It'll determine that DM thinks it can make a lot of money in spite of this judge's handling of the MH. If this decision is as weak or non committal as it looks, it will hardly constitute a precedent. DM might be convinced that it can run roughshod through it.

Another question for the board....Do you think there will be more settlements despite the "ruling"? Don't be surprised if there are.
