no matter how excellent one's case may be, an incompetent judge renders the process mission impossible in the search for justice. Surely this will be resolved soon as her mixing and matching can be highlighted by the DM team and shown that her ruling will result in another embarrassing reversal down the line. I would just like it to be in my lifetime, and like you, I'm entering the final decades of life.
