Either get some decent settlement dollars now or see you in court counselor, leading to either a trial by jury or settlement on the courthouse steps....then file round 3.

I suspect they will structure round 3 differently.

And the question was asked, do they live with this Markman forever or do they get a new Markman date should they file in a different state ?
