I believe she is saying that the patent is not valid given the prior art of the Schroder device if ram is present then Woody used a slight of hand to get by the PTO's objection. see page 12 and the footnotes 6 and 7. I think our goose is cooked on this patent.

I DOUBT VERY MUCH THAT SHE CAN INVALIDATE THE PATENT. only the issuing office which is the the USPTO can do that.

I also doubt very much that it will be invalidated by the USPTO TOO, Woody went back and forth with the examiner and the examiner told him you have a patent.
