more panic selling! RELAX! I know from experience watching similar patent litigation that STRONG cases/stories always prevail by more level headed peers, like appeals or jury. In either case "our case" is very strong and even if it wasn't we still have a patent "with this interim ruling that says you have to "ADD RAM" in order to skirt, or get around EDIG's patent. So, worst case senario IF NOTHING CHANGES from judge, it will cost manufacturers MORE (because they need RAM to circumvent our patent.) to make a product that would likely cost less to license tech from EDIG. You're crazy to be so quick on selling your positions. I truly wonder sometimes whether investors actually KNOW WHAT THEY OWN? Get the facts from those who know and let cooler heads prevail, BEFORE you make investment descions or just be emotional and lose your money. It's in the investment handbook 101.
