I have learned from a reliable source that there is no 6 month window. That my incorrect assumption was simply gleaned from an incorrect fabrication that was posted sometime ago. The source was also shocked, as we all were, by the Un-Decision Ruling, but stressed that it was in fact a Ruling that opened up an additional 30 day window, and "Could and would be interpreted in favor, of the Def's, (in her words (close))". How dumb/inappropriate was that statement? She deserves an early retirement, or worse.

I reckon we'll just have to wait the next 27 days, and see what transpires.
