The strength of the patent was weakened, based on incorrect interpretation of the process involved. (If it was this simple as was suggested, we'd all have i-Pods with one song capacity that we would have to listen to within 4 minutes of downloading... if we were lucky.)

DM dropping EDIG would have to be disclosed on an 8-k, (Material Events) and there is no record at this time of that being filed.
